Can I save a filled-in PDF form?
Yes, if you have form filler software or have us enable Reader Extensions (see our home page). Check out the following economical software options: www.cutepdf.com, and www.PDFill.com. You can also save filled forms if you have the full version of Adobe® Acrobat®. You can create an image of the filled-in form by using free PDF printer software like PDF 995, or CutePDF Writer.

Can I try one of your forms before I purchase it?
We have several forms that are free of charge for you to download and use. All of our ready-made PDF forms have similar features, so you can get an idea of how your PDF form will work by test-driving a freebie. For custom jobs of ten forms or more we will complete a one page sample at no charge with security features that can be unlocked if you decide to use our services.

Does the purchase price of your downloadable forms include repeated use?
Yes, unlimited for standard PDF form, and up to 500 data collection instances for forms enabled with Reader Extensions.

How can I host a PDF form on my web site for users to fill and submit to me?
Purchase a ready-made or custom form from us. Add a Submit button from the form additions page. Tell us what email address you want the form data sent to. The simple Submit button (without a server-side script) requires that the person receiving the form have Acrobat Pro, or that Reader Extensions are enabled in the form.

Isn't there a way I can get the entire PDF file when the form is submited from a web site?
Yes. Have us enable Reader Extensions (see our home page). If you need to collect data from more than 500 people, the best way to get the entire PDF is to use a form hosting provider.
